De Ferrari 612 Scaglietti is een auto die twee werelden verenigt: de ruwe kracht van een volbloed Ferrari en het verfijnde comfort van een echte grand tourer. Geïntroduceerd in 2004 en vernoemd naar de legendarische Milanese carrossier Sergio Scaglietti, draagt het model een rijke erfenis met zich mee — rechtstreeks gelinkt aan de grote Ferrari 2+2's uit de jaren vijftig en zestig. Onder de lang gestrekte motorkap werkt een atmosferische 5,7-liter V12 met 540 pk, gekoppeld aan een automatische versnellingsbak met F1-geïnspireerde schakellogica. Dit exemplaar uit 2006 werd nieuw geleverd in Duitsland en heeft sindsdien een aantoonbare kilometerstand van 57.270 km opgebouwd, vergezeld van de originele, ingevulde boekjes. The Ferrari 612 Scaglietti is a car that unites two worlds: the raw power of a thoroughbred Ferrari and the refined comfort of a true grand tourer. Introduced in 2004 and named after the legendary Milanese coachbuilder Sergio Scaglietti, the model carries a rich heritage — directly linked to the great Ferrari 2+2s of the fifties and sixties. Under the elongated hood, a naturally aspirated 5.7-liter V12 engine produces 540 hp, coupled to an automatic transmission featuring F1-inspired shift logic. This 2006 example was delivered new in Germany and has since accumulated a verifiable mileage of 57,270 km, accompanied by the original, completed service booklets. Furthermore, the car is equipped with the rare HGTC factory package: carbon-ceramic brakes (CCM) with monoblock calipers, a sports exhaust producing a significantly fuller and more exotic V12 sound, modified F1 transmission software with faster shifting, specific suspension ECU tuning, and a stiffer chassis calibration — a configuration that raises eyebrows even among connoisseurs.
