Fahrzeugbeschreibung
*****ENGLISH BELOW /// ITALIANO DI SEGUITO*****
Zustand
Zulassung
Österreichische Oldtimerzulassung, Pickerl noch 2 Jahre gültig. Ausnahmegenehmigung nach § 34 KFG 1967, Nutzung auf 120 Tage/Jahr begrenzt, fahrtenbuchpflichtig.
English
A coupé with a racing engine: the twin-cam 1.5-litre comes from the Maserati brothers and their marque OSCA. In 1957 they sold the design to Fiat, unable to finance series production themselves. Fiat built the engine as the Tipo 118 and commissioned Pininfarina for the body. The same engine won the 1954 Sebring 12 Hours with Stirling Moss at the wheel.
Only a few hundred coupés were built with this OSCA engine — well below the numbers of the open cabriolet, itself a rare survivor of the early 1960s. A car for collectors, not for daily traffic.
