Full nut and bolt restoration on this all matching number car in 2017…
Engine and gear box removed and completely rebuilt, including timing chain replacement, new pistons, new camshaft, new main bearings, big end bearings, new valves, overhauled oil pump, etc etc…Completely overhauled electrics, new wiring, fuse box, switches, recon starter motor, and dynamo..
New wheel cylinders, brake shoes, brake hoses, brake master cylinder and all pipe work….New steering column bushes, suspension bushes and bolts, overhauled kingpins and new track rod ends…The cooling system has new hoses, pipe work, water pump, recored radiator,…The fuel system overhauled including new fuel tank, lines pump and filter….Ignition system fitted with new HT leads, rotor arm, distributor cap and everything was timed and tuned accordingly…
The exterior has new fitted lamps, new window seals, a Delux mohair canvas soft top and matching side screens, new door catches, striker plates and hinges…The chrome work was either reconditioned or replaced…The interior has been retrimmed with new high quality carpets…
This vehicle is only for sale because I cannot drive the her with the roof up ! She was only imported into Germany last year and is fully legal here…She drives perfectly and the engine truly runs like a Swiss watch….
