The Morgan Aero 8 Series 5 represents far more than just a car: it embodies the vision of a handcrafted British manufacturer that has defended a unique approach to the automobile since 1909. The Aero range, launched in the early 2000s, marked a major turning point for Morgan: its first aluminum structure, bold design, and performance worthy of a modern GT. The Series 5, the final evolution of the Aero 8, brings together all of the brand’s expertise by blending tradition, contemporary technology, and an incomparable personality. For many, it is the most accomplished interpretation of the Morgan spirit: rare, sculptural, and resolutely different.

The Series 5 made its world debut at the 85th Geneva International Motor Show, 15 years after the launch of the first Aero Eight. Significant visual and mechanical changes make this fifth generation the most accomplished Aero model to date. The design of the new Aero 8 draws inspiration from classic open-top cars of the 1960s, with their long, fast, low lines and a body centered around the cockpit. Viewed from above, the silhouette recalls the deck of a boat, reinforcing a sense of adventure and escape. A spectacular clamshell-opening rear trunk serves to tension and conceal the new double-lined mohair soft top. Occupants sit low within the vehicle, allowing for a sleek roofline and well-balanced proportions.

The Aero 8 Series 5 was produced from 2015 to 2018 in just 160 examples, each configured by Morgan according to the personal vision of its owner. With an infinite range of paint, leather, and detail combinations, every Aero 8 built is a truly unique piece.

Inside, this convertible offers a handcrafted atmosphere where every element breathes authenticity. Hand-stitched leather, carefully fitted details, and metal controls create a warm and exclusive environment. The cabin, although compact, provides an immersive driving position and a direct connection to the road.
