History:
TVR is a small English manufacturer based in Blackpool. Its Griffith, launched in the early 1990s, pairs a very lightweight fiberglass body with a large Rover-sourced V8. With no ABS or power steering, it was designed for pure driving sensation. The 500 version received the engine bored out to 5 liters, for even sharper performance.

This example is left-hand drive, with production estimated at only around fifty units.

The car was first registered in 1994. It arrived in France in 2007 from Germany. Its current owner has had it for about ten years. It has been serviced by several English-car specialists, notably Côte Fleurie Automobiles in Trouville-sur-Mer and Normandy Classics in Granville.
